Strict Strength

Strict Strength is a program designed to improve body weight strength and flexibility. We focus primarily on upper body pushing & pulling strength, grip strength, handstand balance, and improvement in overall range of motion. Although the brand was formed over a year ago we've been restricted to PT and remote clients. With the launch of this site we are kind of brand new. We love helping people and this is a way we can get our concepts and information to a broader audience! Our general program is ideal for athletes that want accessory programming to improve body weight or gymnastics based movement and is best suited for competitive fitness, wrestling/grappling, rock climbing, gymnastics or just movement enthusiasts. You can expect improved capacity & efficiency, a resilience to training related injuries, and significant improvement in sports performance and everyday functionality. We are going to be adding lots of content, more skill specific programs, building a great community, and adding some sweet gear and apparel to the shop. Stay tuned and please visit often!
